- Where does the data come from?
- Commercial B2B data providers, run in sequence so each contact is checked against several sources, plus public company and profile pages for the job-title check. Every row names its source. We don't scrape LinkedIn.
- What does verified mean here?
- Five checks: the contact fits your buyer profile, a work email is found, the mail server confirms the mailbox, the title and company match their public LinkedIn profile, and the contact isn't already in your CRM. Every row carries the date it was checked.
- What if leads bounce?
- Every mailbox is confirmed on the receiving server the day before delivery, so hard bounces are rare. Mailboxes can still close between delivery and your send, so send while the data is fresh and tell us what you see: we use it to tune the checks on your next list.
- What is a catch-all, and do I pay for them?
- A catch-all domain accepts mail for any address, so a normal check can't tell whether the person exists. We run those through a second verifier. If it still can't confirm the inbox, the row is dropped and you aren't billed.
- How fast is delivery?
- Most orders ship 48 to 72 hours after you approve the buyer profile. 10,000-lead orders ship in batches so you can start sending sooner.
- Can I get phone numbers?
- Yes, as an add-on at $1.00 per mobile, billed only when we find one. Each number is checked live with the carrier, labeled by line type, and screened against do-not-call registries. They're for manual dialing: autodialed or AI calls to mobiles need the person's prior consent.
- Is this compliant with GDPR and CAN-SPAM?
- We start with US and other non-EU contacts, name the source on every row, and remove known opt-outs before delivery. You're still responsible for how you send: include your postal address and honor unsubscribes.
- Is there a contract?
- No. Packs are one-off purchases. The monthly plan runs month to month, and you can cancel before the next cycle.
