AI automation that actually ships.

We take one manual workflow, build it into the tools your team already uses, test it on your real data, and hand it over with docs. Fixed price, live in one to six weeks, and yours to keep.

Most AI projects die between the demo and the P&L.

The research agrees on why. Here’s each failure point, and what we do instead.

  • About 95% of generative AI pilots show no measurable P&L impact.

MIT NANDA, The GenAI Divide, 2025

We pick one workflow with one metric, and measure it before and after the build.

  • Gartner expects 60% of AI projects without AI-ready data to be abandoned.

    Gartner, February 2025

The audit checks your data first. If it isn't ready, we fix that or tell you not to build.

  • Over 40% of agentic AI projects will be canceled by 2027, over cost, value, or risk.

    Gartner, June 2025

A fixed build price, a spend cap on every workflow, and approval gates before anything irreversible.

  • 42% of companies abandoned most of their AI initiatives, up from 17% a year before.

    S&P Global, March 2025

We build inside the tools your team already uses, so there's no new system to adopt.

  • Over 80% of AI projects fail, twice the rate of other IT. Top cause: the wrong problem.

    RAND, 2024

We map the work first and only automate what's worth at least three times its build price.

Eight layers between the model and your business.

Language models make mistakes. Every agent we ship is built so a mistake gets caught before it costs you anything.

Terms on every quoteEclipse

  1. 01
    Fixed price

The quote is the invoice. Anything new needs a change order you sign before we start it.

  2. 02
You own it from day one

Code, prompts, workflows, and accounts are yours. We work on access you can revoke.

  3. 03
    Live on the agreed date

If we miss it, your care plan is free until it's live. You give us access in week one.

  4. 04
    Thirty days of fixes

Anything that breaks in the first 30 days after launch is fixed at no charge.

  5. 05
    An honest audit

If nothing is worth three times its build price in year one, we say so and refund the $750.

What the manual version costs

Which workflow?
Loaded cost per hour

$26,000 a year spent doing it by hand.

A single-workflow build is $2,500. If it removes half of that time, it pays back in about 10 weeks.

What teams ask before they build.

Which tools do you build on?
Whatever fits your team: n8n, Make, or Zapier for workflows, and plain code with the Claude or OpenAI APIs when a workflow needs more control. Everything runs in your accounts.
Will it hallucinate?
Language models can be wrong, so we design for it. Answers are grounded in your data, outputs are checked against a schema, unsure cases go to a person, and anything irreversible needs approval.
Is our data used to train models?
No. We use API tiers where training is off by default. Providers keep API logs for up to 30 days for abuse checks, unless a zero-retention agreement is in place.
What happens when a model changes?
We re-run the eval suite on the new model before anything switches over. Providers give advance notice before retiring a model, and care plan clients get this handled for them.
What does it cost to run?
Usually tens to a few hundred dollars a month, paid straight to the tools. A classification step costs a fraction of a cent; a multi-step agent run is around 15 cents. The audit estimates it per run.
Do we need the care plan?
No. Every build ships with docs, a runbook, and a 30-day fix window, so your team can run it. The care plan adds monitoring, fixes within two business days, and re-testing when models change.
Can you replace our support team?
We don't sell that. Automation handles the volume and people handle the exceptions. Gartner expects half of the companies that planned big support headcount cuts to abandon those plans by 2027.
What if the audit says don't build?
Then we tell you. If we can't find a workflow worth at least three times its build price in its first year, the $750 comes back to you.
