Everythingyou'rewondering
Everything about how Eclipse scopes, builds, and hands off the systems your team runs.
The basics
What Eclipse is and what you can buy.
A small senior team that builds four things: verified B2B lead lists, a done-for-you outbound engine, AI automation and agents, and custom software. Every one has a clear price and a small first step.
Lead lists built by hand to your buyer, from $0.50 a lead. Cold email run for you, from $1,500 a month. One automated workflow at a time, from $2,500. And the internal tools, dashboards, portals, and web products underneath, quoted to scope from $500.
They run in that order, and each one feeds the next. A list with nobody sending it is a spreadsheet; outbound without automation buries your team in follow-up. You can still buy exactly one and stop there.
Whichever hurts most. If nobody knows who to email, start with a list. If the offer works but nothing goes out, start with outbound. If the same records get re-typed daily, start with the $750 workflow audit. If a spreadsheet has become the bottleneck, start with a free software scoping call.
Pricing and commitment
What it costs and how small you can start.
Lead lists are per lead: $1.00 at 500, down to $0.50 at 10,000. Outbound is $1,500 or $2,500 a month plus a $500 setup. Automation is $2,500 to $14,000 per workflow. Software is quoted per project, starting at $500, with unlimited revisions included.
Small. Lead lists start at 500 leads for $500. The outbound plan is free and written. The workflow audit is $750 and credited to the build. The software scoping call and quote are both free, and a first build can start at $500.
Only where the work is genuinely ongoing. Outbound is monthly and cancellable any month. Monthly lead lists are the same. Automation and software are fixed-price builds, with optional support after launch.
On software, 10% comes off per week late, up to 30%, as long as demos get feedback within two business days. On outbound, the launch date is in writing before you pay.
Ownership and data
What you keep and how we handle it.
Fully. Code, database, and hosting live in your GitHub and cloud accounts from day one, and we are collaborators you can remove. Sending domains and inboxes are bought in your name. Lead lists are yours to keep and reuse.
Every build ships with tests, CI, a README, a runbook, and a recorded walkthrough, plus a 60-day warranty on software. You can add support at $1,500 a month, or run it yourself.
Least access by default. We work inside your accounts where we can, development never touches live data, and we delete credentials and copies when the project ends.
Licensed data providers plus manual research, then every job title is confirmed against a live profile and every mailbox is checked on the receiving server the day before delivery.
Working together
How a project actually runs.
A lead list lands in 48 to 72 hours. A single automation is live in one to two weeks. An internal tool takes about three weeks. Outbound takes four to five, because new inboxes need three weeks of warmup before they can send safely.
Yes. We build around the CRM, warehouse, and tools you already run instead of asking you to switch.
Yes, and we do. If a $20-a-month tool solves it, or low-code is genuinely the right call for a five-person internal tool, that is the answer you get on the first call.
Yes. The call is with the people who build, not a sales rep reading a script. We answer within one business day.
